We would like to give a shout out to Poured in PA for visiting us September 20th! They stopped by to tour our facility and see up close what we do at Hidden Still Spirits. During their time here, they interviewed our head distiller and learned about our distilling process. We also shared a little on how we collaborate with local breweries.

We are collaborating with Kristy’s Whistle Stop, making a house Bourbon Praline ice cream using our David E. Red Label! We will be including this delicious treat on our new fall menu coming out October 4th!

Support a good cause and snag our 9/11 On The Rocks Special Edition Bourbon! Available now for retail and online sales. These bottles are $49.99 and extra special because they are 91.1 proof! 20% of the proceeds from these bottle sales will go toward the Courtyard of Honor Memorial to honor our Fallen Heroes. This is our 2nd year participating an we are grateful to take part in this fundraiser for Courtyard of Honor for Michael Horrocks Veterans and Emergency Responders. The Courtyard of Honor is associated with a memorial in Downtown Hershey dedicated to Michael “Rocks” Horrocks (A Hershey Native) and all Veterans and Emergency Responders who lost their lives on September 11, 2001.

Sunday August 20th we will be hosting the Palmyra Greenhouse flower truck outside of our restaurant from 4-7pm! Come and pick some fresh flowers and then head inside or have a seat on the patio and enjoy some yummy drinks and food! We will post more information as the date approaches!
Hidden Still Spirits had the privilege of working with Porch & Pantry of Mt. Gretna. They purchased a used David E. Double Oaked Bourbon barrel which will be used in the first of their barrel aged series of fermented hot sauces! Porch & Pantry also uses our bourbon for their bourbon pecan granola as well as our Red Label for their maple bourbon glaze on their sticky buns. Be sure to check them out at www.porchandpantry.com
Our handyman, John Karinch, installed some new booths in our main dining room separating the dining area from the bar as well as some booths in our covered patio area. We are very pleased with how they turned out!
